The repair included motor replacement, bearings, seals, carbon mid-bushing, gaskets, cleaning and paint. These kind of pumps are great for a wide range of industrial applications like spray booths, industrial spray washers, paint and coolant systems.
This Griswold pump with 4×6-13 CD4 construction came to us with extremely low flow. To fix the problem, our repair team replaced the impeller, shaft sleeve, cartridge seal and administered a complete bearing frame repair that included bearings, oil seals and labyrinth seals.
