Increase Productivity and Efficiency with Our Custom-Built Control Panel Systems
Anderson Process offers design and build services for control panels and systems from the initial concept, through design and built to programming and training. With expertise in industrial and sanitary markets, along with being a Tier-1 Automotive supplier, we can manage turn-key panel-build projects from concept to fruition and installation. We design and build panels in accordance with UL508, UL698A and CSA requirements, along with options for third-party labeling. We also specialized in hazardous location design and build both in plant and outside in the tank farm.
Anderson Process has an experienced staff of control programmers. Our software and HMI development includes all major PLC and automation controllers, such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Eaton, Omron and Toyopuc. There are many enclosure options that include Hoffman and Saginaw Controls. Our custom-built control panel systems are built to deliver complete functionality regarding the needs of the user and system. They are easy to use, increase productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Every control panel is tested and guaranteed as a turn-key solution, with on-site start-up services for every system we build.
Our built control panels are used in a variety of systems, including: Windshield Washer Fill Systems, Gasoline Fill Systems, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Dispensing Equipment, Line Tracking Systems and many more. In the industrial or sanitary market space, we can build control panels for simple pump operation, or to control a custom-built skid system that includes pumps, valves and instrumentation that turn it into a fully automated system.
