- 2 Liquiflo H-Series Stainless Steel Gear Pumps that feature ¾” inlet and discharge with a max flow rate of 10.7 gpm and a discharge pressure of 225 psi.
- ABB Baldor 1 hp washdown duty motors matched perfectly with the pumps for reliable performance.
- 4 IFM flow meters to ensure accurate flow measurement.
- 2 custom control panels, each with a motor starter for the Liquiflo pumps, a remote start/stop button, power supply for the flow meters, and flow signal transmission to a remote display.
The customer’s goal was a seamless, plug-and-play setup for their cart-mounted system that eliminated the need for additional wiring. We’re thrilled to have provided a solution that achieves their goal and streamlines their installation process.
