This Standard Pump tote batching system was designed for a battery supplier, who was interested in a system to batch battery acid (sulfuric acid) out of a tote and into jugs.
Pictured is the system we designed. A Standard stick pump was used for pumping the battery acid from the tote. A stainless steel bridge assembly, resting on top of the tote, was fabricated to support the weight of the stick pump and provide balance. A Standard flow meter with electronic batching controller was installed for better overall control of the system. A discharge hose (not pictured) was used to go from the stick pump to jugs during filling.
