We built two custom filtration skids, each featuring two Wilden P200 AODD pumps, two FTI housings, two Orange Research differential pressure gauges, a Tudertechnica hose for vibration dampening, Dixon ball valves and a wall-mounted control panel built by our Michigan branch.
The skids, which are used to filter an acid used in the pickling process, are mounted on a carbon steel C-Channel base with carbon steel SCH40 interconnecting piping. The skid, piping and filter housings were painted with POR-15 paint for corrosion resistance.
