This Wilden Hygienic Series XPS8 was built for a large Wisconsin brewer for pumping spent yeast from the bottom of the fermentation tank. Mounted to a 316SS cart, we incorporated bypass piping for the CIP system with Dixon single pin squeeze clamps for easy assembly and disassembly. Pump is also attached to a swivel stand for easy draining after the cleaning. The Wilden PS8 comes equipped with the Pro-Flo® SHIFT Air Distribution System (ADS) that provides 60% savings in air consumption, more yield per SCFM, precisely metered air consumption for less product waste and maximum Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).
