Along with our partner Roto Ultra, we were able to meet a few special color and paint specs for a customer. This Ohio State University-inspired polymer metering pump was constructed out of stainless steel and using Viton elastomers.
This particular pump was designed to pump polymer at around 2 gpm and 40 psi. A right-angle Nord gear box controls the speed of the motor and the pump is mounted on a double-bent steel base. We finished the pump by painting it scarlet in color and placing Buckeye stickers on it to honor the Ohio State Buckeyes.
