Standard Progressive Cavity Pumps - RD Series, RM Series, RL Series

Roto Xtra Value Progressive Cavity Pumps are designed to pump tough to handle fluids with ease in varied industries. The construction of these pumps is based on the modular concept and comprises of next generation pumping elements for improved performance and longer service life. Rated for flows up to 1,850 GPM and pressures up to 696 PSI.

• Single Stage Pump: These Heavy Duty cost effective pumps use the extended Rotor, Stator Geometry and results in lower rubbing velocities which are ideal for various applications.

• Multi-Stage Pump: These heavy duty pumps are designed for continuous or intermittent duty and are suitable to perform efficiently even for the most difficult fluid handling applications in various industries.

Wide Throat Progressive Cavity Pumps - WM Series, KM Series

Roto Wide Throat type pumps inlet allows gravity flow of highly viscous material on to the augur-on-coupling rod which pushes the substance to the pumping element. Wide Throat Pumps with the twin paddle bridge breaker arrangement at the top are designed for handling extremely difficult media with very high solid content and non-flowing properties. Available in close coupled and bare shaft configuration.

Chemical Dosing Pumps - RJ Series

Food Pumps - DM Series

These Heavy Duty Semi-Hygienic Pumps are designed for handling food & beverages industry applications. All metallic parts in contact with the medium being handled are fabricated in smooth finish stainless steel. These pumps are standard with closed universal joints enabling it to handle fluids with low lubricating value like aerated or dematerialized water. Sealing option is provided in hygienic quality gland packing or mechanical seal. For highly viscous and non-flowable liquids, these pumps can be customized with wide throat configuration. Standard connections available in IDF, SMS & RJT.

Vertical Pumps - VL Series

Roto Vertical Pumps are designed to operate with the pumping elements immersed in the media. These pumps are custom designed for varying column length to suite the sump depth. Pumps are available in only close coupled configuration with variety of construction material and shaft sealing options. These pumps are compact and space saving.

General Purpose Pumps - DC Series, MC Series, SC Series

Roto General Purpose pumps are designed for use where low flow transfer duties in domestic and wide range of industrial applications are required. Available in close coupled configurations and with standard IEC frame motors. Rated for flows up to 35 GPM and pressures up to 50 PSI.

• DC Series Pump: Roto’s Little-Champ DC Pump range are compact, lightweight and easy to maintain. 11, 12 and 31 pump sizes are available with UV resistant Acetyl-co-polymer housing and 41 and 51 pump sizes are available with cast iron housing.
• MC Series Pump: Roto’s Robust MC Pump range are widely used for general pumping and transfer duties. These pumps are available in 5 sizes.
• SC Series Pump: These General purpose pumps are designed for transfer duties in light industrial applications.

Tirrana Agricultural Pumps

The Tirrana range of helical rotor pumps offer a peace of mind and best solutions to all types of surface water transfer duties. Ideal for tank filling or stock watering from dams, creeks, wells and rivers. Can handle clean water, brown water, dirty water with sand, silt or algae. Rated for flows up to 30 GPM and pressures up to 85 PSI.

Twin Screw Pumps - RI Series, RE Series, RV Series

Roto Twin Screw Pumps are safe to operate has in-built relief valve, designed to bypass up to 100% capacity. These pumps are dependent on the rotation of two screw spindles in closed compartment. Have a long and trouble-free service life due to absence of metal to metal contact between the pumping elements. It can even run dry for limited period of time. Roto’s unique double profile of the screw spindles contributes to a higher volumetric efficiency, thus an improved overall efficiency. These pumps widely confirm to API 676, 3rd edition and are ATEX and CE certified. Rated for flows up to 2,200 GPM and pressures up to 580 PSI.

• Horizontal Internal Bearing (RI Series): These pumps are designed for clean and lubricating media. The pumps are fitted with the bearings inside and the bearings are lubricated with the pumping media itself. They are available in standard foot mounted configuration with sump heating arrangement as an option. It is built in safety relief valve, designed for 100% bypass.
• Horizontal External Bearing (RE Series): Suitable for handling fluids with different characteristics at different temperatures. These pumps are available in standard foot mounted and center-lined mounted configuration with or without steam jacketing arrangement. Mechanical seals are provided as standard.
• Vertical Twin Screw Pump (RV Series): Available in both external and internal bearing configurations. These pumps are designed to suit the applications where space is a constraint. Mechanical seals are provided as standard. The suction and discharge ports are in-line.
