Our capabilities extend beyond fluid handling systems. The Anderson Process shop crew is also proficient in custom fabrication to meet a variety of needs. Below is a large stainless steel motor control panel built for a global automation customer that needed to house outdoor motor & pump controls.
The customer needed easy access to the controls while protecting the unit from the elements and allowing proper ventilation. The end result is a 138” W X 56” D X 112” H stainless steel motor control panel with three hinged doors, rain gutter, and three access panels on the back. The unit also includes punched louvered ventilation panels on lower side and louver damper intake on top of opposite side. Per customer request, the housing was left with a dull, unpolished finish to limit the amount of sunlight reflected from the outdoor unit.
