Made of rugged Alloy 20 stainless steel to provide the best corrosion resistance in chemical environments and utilizing a severe duty Marathon motor (15 HP). The customer was looking for a pump skid that packed some punch and could handle 75% sodium hydroxide. We were more than happy to provide what should be a reliable, long-lasting solution.
HMD Kontro offers their General Service Frame 2 Sealless Magnetic Drive Pumps in duplex stainless steel, Alloy 20 or Alloy C276 upon request, various flange options are available as standard. Standard materials of construction include A-8 and S-5 with silicone bearings and spriral wound gaskets.
