We worked with a customer to develop a heating skid to keep their product (Mixture of RO Water and Dimethylformamide) temperatures in bulk storage tanks at the proper temperature. When they needed to transfer the product to the production line for use, it was already at the necessary temperature, filtered to specification and ready for use. Here we used a T-Mag AMX Series centrifugal pump, plate & frame heat exchanger, Bi-Torq valves, and CSD Bag Filters to accomplish this. With the use of Novaflex hose, these units could be switched from tank to tank for the needed flexibility.
