Need/Application: Customer needed a system that was designed to increase the speed of testing and pressurizing their tanks.
Solution: The system is made up of one Wilden pump that is used to both fill and empty each tank. It is capable of testing a total of 10 tanks at a time. The design itself has two sides with one side testing the tanks and the other side used to pump out those tanks. We worked with the customer to design the tank, but completely built the brackets, electric panel, hoses and manifolds. The use of a Wilden pump in this system gave this vessel manufacturer the ability to fill and pump tanks in a much faster manner.
