Need/Application: Needed to batch and mix coating material at two different strengths and supply it to their production lines.
Solution: This was made possible through the design of a two tank system with Wilden pumps to pump product from totes into tanks and from tanks to production lines. All of the piping, pumps and valves were assembled by us and we designed and fabricated the base, which is also the spill containment.
