This custom pump skid was designed for a Food & Beverage Chemical Manufacturer. On this project we modified a Wilden XPS15 Stainless steel FDA pump by adding a port to inject air on the underside of the inlet balls to keep them moving and allow the powder to work its way through the pump. The cart also had an RTI Eliminizer combo to dry the air and RTI filter regulators to control pump speed and air flow to the valve balls. This package was put together on a cart with wheels and handle for moving the cart from tank to tank.
