Many of the filtration carts we build look similar, but each is tailored for its application. We recently built this one for a chemical manufacturer. While it may look like a cart we recently built for a paint manufacturer, there are many additional components. This cart was specifically designed to filter out particulate during the manufacturing process.
We mounted an FTI (Filter Technology Incorporated) stainless-steel filter housing onto a fabricated cart built out of 2″ stainless-steel square tubing mounted on top of 5″ casters. The #2 filter housing was mounted at a 45-degree angle, lowering the top to assist in bag changes. We included Bi-Torq ball valves, Dixon pressure gauges mounted to Blacoh Sentinel gauge guards and Dixon Cam & Groove adapters.
