We recently built a mobile pump cart for a customer to their specifications. Though the exact application wasn’t specified, the component selection and construction suggest it’s ready for a wide range of industrial fluid handling tasks.
Here’s what went into the build:
🔹 Wilden P100 air-operated diaphragm pump for reliable transfer of challenging fluids
🔹 Blacoh Spill-Stop for added safety and spill prevention
🔹 Titan basket strainer to protect the system from debris and contaminants
🔹 Jomar ball valves for precise flow control
🔹 Dixon pressure gauges for monitoring system performance
🔹 All mounted on a powder-coated carbon steel cart with SCH80 carbon steel interconnecting piping
