Another Successful Repair Completed!
We recently overhauled a Tuthill KMBD2000 Blower (2000 CFM) for one of our customers.
What we did:
- Disassembled and inspected the blower
- Removed heavy process build-up
- Installed a customer-supplied timing gear set and overhaul kit
- Replaced worn components, including end plate and sight glass
- Cleaned, blasted, painted, and run-tested for peak performance
This blower is now back in action and ready to deliver reliable results!
