Challenge: The customer was looking to improve efficiency and increase output for industrial silicone manufacturing.
Solution: The optimal solution was 2 stainless steel tanks, 3,600 gallons each with 10 HP Sharpe Mixers for each tank. Our Territory Manager worked closely with the customer to determine batch sizes and turnover times to appropriately size the mixers to reduce production times. AP coordinated with Sharpe to have the mixers installed prior to shipping to the customer. Delivery of the turn-key tanks allowed the customer to be up and running quickly, and the customer has seen significant increases in output and efficiency as a result.
