We’re partnering with a finishing systems manufacturer on a new multi‑stage coating system. This installation features all Gusher pumps that will be going on washers for steady circulation and dependable spray coverage across each stage.

Why this build works:
- Sized for real finishing loads. On similar coating and washer lines we’ve deployed vertical and self‑priming Gusher packages for filter feed, clean supply, and temperature control loops, typically ranging from about 120 GPM at ~40 PSI up to 1600 GPM at ~45 PSI depending on line width and nozzle count.
- Bath quality that stays in spec. We commonly integrate Shelco multi‑round housings on side‑stream filtration skids to reduce nozzle fouling and extend bath life, with builds around 90 GPM for rinse and process tanks in finishing environments.
- Consistent rinse temperatures. Where tempered rinses are required, we add plate heat exchangers sized for coating lines, for example ~850 kBtu/h with dual water circuits at ~200 and ~182 GPM to hold temperature and improve film quality.
- Prepared for solids and overspray. When applications involve sludge or fibers, we leverage vortex non‑clog and chopper options to keep pumps online and maintenance down in paint and pre‑treat stages.
What we bring to every finishing project
- Application‑focused engineering and integrated systems that combine pumps, filtration, hose/fittings, and thermal control to meet line‑rate targets and quality specs.
- On‑site startup, balancing, and support so spray headers, flows, and temperatures hit the mark from day one.
At Anderson Process, we design and support fluid handling solutions that keep finishing lines running smoothly and profitably.
