This 2” Wilden Pro-Flo Saniflo pump was mounted on a stainless steel cart that would replace the customer’s older Wilden Foodmaster. The Wilden Saniflo pumps are FDA approved and designed for standard food applications. They are typically used for processes that are moving high-acid, high-sugar, and high-fat media.
This particular diaphragm pump is all stainless steel with a Full-Stroke PTFE diaphragm capable of a max flow rate of 158 GPM. Working with food solids, this pump can handle max diameter solids up to ¼” and is fitted with a muffler to dampen the noise. These pumps are easy to operate, set up, disassemble, and maintain, making them suitable to be moved to different areas within a facility.
