Ethylene Glycol Pump Assemblies

April 1, 2026

This centrifugal pump application was engineered to perform reliably in a demanding glycol service with wide temperature swings and high flow requirements.

Handling a 50 percent ethylene glycol solution, the system operates across a design temperature range from minus 20°F to 210°F, with normal operating conditions between minus 10°F and 10°F. Each pump delivers 2,200 GPM at 189 feet of total dynamic head, powered by a 200 HP TEFC motor.

To ensure efficiency, control, and long‑term reliability, the system was paired with a WEG TEFC motor and VFD control, allowing precise flow management while reducing mechanical stress and energy consumption. Built for 460V, three‑phase service, the solution was designed with both performance and durability in mind.

This project reflects how Anderson Process approaches fluid handling challenges. We do not just supply pumps. We help engineer complete solutions by matching equipment, materials, controls, and operating conditions to the real demands of the application.

When reliability matters and operating conditions are anything but simple, having the right system makes all the difference.
