When a customer needed replacement expansion joints, we aimed to reduce lead time by using standard-length joints from Proco. The challenge? The standard lengths didn’t match the originals.
Our solution: we quickly fabricated custom 150# flange spacers in-house to bridge the gap, allowing us to use the standard joints without compromising fit or function while still reducing lead time.
