Windshield Fluid Fill Adapters
We provide equipment for accurate and reliable filling of windshield washer fluid into vehicle reservoirs on the production line. Our system utilizes fully automated windshield fluid adapter tools for quick and reliable hands-off operation. Systems capabilities include audio/visual signals for operators (LED lights, alarms, stack lights), and full integration and data communication to the customer’s Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
The operator starts by selecting a recipe – either by barcode scanner, MES, broadcast, or a push-button. The operator then places the fill adapter tool onto the vehicle port. The automated adapter clamps to the port and proceeds with its automated programming to fill the reservoir.
Our windshield washer fluid adapter tools use volumetric filling, in which the adapter fills the vehicle with washer fluid to the desired fill line within +/- %5 accuracy.
All of our fluid fill adapter tools have automated clamping options and can be customized to meet unique customer requirements. We also offer adapter maintenance services to make sure your new or legacy adapters are always operating within system requirements.

Specifications:
A PLC Control System was implemented with Human/Machine Interface for input of fill parameters, monitoring of machine faults and status, and communication with plant supervising control/information systems. The system blends ethanol and water while controlling and monitoring concentration, as well as density for quality. The result is highly customized dispensing equipment for precise windshield washer filling.
