Lightnin MagMixers can be run dry for complete drainage during clean-in-place cycles, and all in-tank materials meet USP Class VI standards.

  • MagMixer MBE Series Bottom Entry MagMixer: Because a shaft does not penetrate the tank, a mechanical seal is not needed, eliminating the risks of leaks and microbial contamination. Featuring a wide power range of 0.12Hp to 7.5Hp (0.09kW to 7.5kW), the MBE is suitable for a wide range of applications and tank volumes up to 13,200 gallons (50,000L). A high bearing gap and lift design allows product to pass through and lubricate the sleeve bearing.
  • MagMixer MBI – SanStar Sanitary Mixer: Features include a dry-running Hyper-Flo bearing design, one-piece tank plate and flow-through channels, totally eliminating contamination concerns.
