NETZSCH Pumps

For more than six decades, NETZSCH has developed, manufactured and marketed positive displacement pumps worldwide. Designed specifically for demanding pumping situations, NETZSCH pumps range in size from the industry’s smallest metering pumps to high volume pumps for applications in the oil and gas or mining industries.

NEMO Progressive Cavity Pump

NEMO Progressive Cavity Pump

The Nemo Progressive Cavity Pump is an innovative, versatile, high performance positive displacement pump that covers several applications, including environment and energy, chemical, pulp and paper, mining, food and pharmaceuticals, oil and gas/downstream, and oil and gas/ upstream. The main components of the pump are a rotating rotor and stationary rotor. The rotor is attached on one side with a threaded screw, while on the output side the axial position oscillates. The hollow stator is the same pitch length as the rotor, which leaves conveying spaces between the stator and the rotor. The media is moved continuously from the inlet to the outlet side. Except for the rotor and stator, all other components are identical. This means that if the flow rate or pressure of already installed NEMO® progressing cavity pumps is subsequently changed, they can be adapted to the new operating conditions by simply replacing the rotor and stator.

The Nemo Progressive Cavity Pump has a cavity that is always constant, meaning the pumped media allows not only fluids, but solids also. Another advantage of the Nemo Progressive cavity pump is that it conveys media with low pulsation, so even highly viscous or abrasive media can be pumped safely without issue. Whole fruits can pumped from the Nemo Progressive Cavity Pump and be left undamaged because of the meagre shear forces it generates.

The pumps are primarily used with
media that have the following
features:

∙ Containing solids (max. solid size up to 150 mm) and free of solids
∙ Low to high viscosity (1 mPas –3 millions mPas)
∙ Thixotropic and dilatant
∙ Shear sensitive
∙ Abrasive
∙ Non-lubricating and lubricating
∙ Aggressive (pH 0 – 14)
∙ Adhesive
∙ Toxic

Tornado Rotary Lobe Pump

Tornado Rotary Lobe Pump

The NETZSCH Tornado Rotary Lobe Pump is a self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pump that can be optimally customized
to meet specific process and application requirements. They can be used for almost any media on intermittent, continuous or dosing
applications. The Tornado Rotary Lobe Pump is conveniently service friendly. All parts that come into contact with the media being pumped is directly accessible without dismantling the pipework or removing the drive. Some prominent features of the Tornado Rotary Lobe pump is it leaves a small footprint due to its compact design, performs at a high level and is operationally reliable.

Characteristics:

• Valve free construction
• Self priming
• Suitable for any kind of liquid including media containing gas, solids or fibrous matter
• Suitable for lubricating and non lubricating media
• Pumping media with high or low viscosity
• Handling shear sensitive fluids
• Operating at temperatureup to 100 °C
• Reversible operation
• Can be serviced without disconnecting pipework
• Tolerance of dry running

Notos Multi-Screw Pump

Notos Multi-Screw Pump

Notos Multi-Screw Pumps are designed with the most advanced technology and are used to convey low to well lubricating fluids, low to high viscosity, shear sensitive or chemically aggressive media. They are terrific for a wide range of applications, including oil and gas, marine, power generation, tank storage, process industries, chemical industry, food industry and the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. A broad range of material options are available, including grey cast iron and chrome-nickel steel to duplex, super duplex or hastelloy steel.

Capacity and Pressure Ranges:

∙ Flow rate up to 3,000 m³/h (13,200 gpm)
∙ Pressure rate up to 160 bar (2300 psi)
∙ Viscosities up to 500,000 cSt
∙ Temperature up to 400 ºC (750 °F)

Peripro Peristaltic Pump

Peripro Peristaltic Pump

Peripro Peristaltic Pumps are robust, reliable, easy to maintain and designed for aggressive and abrasive media with a solids content up to 70%. These progressive cavity pumps offer continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation pumping of a wide variety of media. Among the peristaltic pumps in NETZSCH’s line is a hose pump that has extremely high suction capacity with minimal maintenance needed. The NETZSCH Peripro Peristaltic pumps have several advantages over competing models, including energy savings of up to 30%, ease of hose replacement, wide range of operation, low starting torque and 90% less lubricant required. Great for conveying aggressive media, corrosive products, viscous products, and delicate products.

Grinding Systems

Grinding Systems

Grinding systems are used to effectively protect the complete installation including the pumping equipment. They ensure that over-size solids are reliably reduced to a pumpable size therefore safely avoiding the danger of hazardous blockages. Grinders and macerators are designed for the most taxing of industrial applications to prevent pipe blockage and damage to downstream equipment by reliably reducing the size of solid matter in pumped media. The extensive selection of macerating systems provides an ideal solution for many industries and processes. The robust design of the grinding systems from NETZSCH ensures a high performance coupled with difficult free operation.
