Bredel Hose Pumps

Bredel Hose Pumps

Bredel heavy-duty hose pumps handle abrasive sludge, slurries and paste with up to 80% solids in suspension at 100% volumetric accuracy. The pumps do not have mechanical seals and product does not come into contact with any moving parts. Additionally, the pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose that prevents operator contact with the fluid.

  • 65-2100 Pumps: Dry-running, self-priming pumps with flow rates up to 475 GPM (108,000 LPH) and pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar).
  • 10-50 Pumps: Dry-running, self-priming pumps with suction capability up to 9.5 mWC (374 inWC), flow rates up to 4623 GPH (17,520 LPH) and pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar).
  • CIP 40 and CIP 50 Hose Pumps: Engineered for processes that require regular clean-in- place and low-shear, hygienic pumping. CIP 40 provides flow rates up to 42 GPM (4,800 LPH) and pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar). CIP 50 provides flow rates up to 77 GPM (8,500 LPH) and pressures up to 232 psi (16 bar).
