Barmesa Pumps started operations in 1953, manufacturing small self-primer pumps, jet pumps and end suction centrifugal pumps for the rural market. During the 1970’s, new additions were made to the line of products and they started manufacturing submersible solids handling pumps as well as grinder pumps. Today, after 70 years, Barmesa Pumps has manufacturing facilities & distribution centers across America. Barmesa’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities have modern CNC machinery as well as sophisticated design and test capabilities. Barmesa has submersible effluent pumps are ideal for residential, commercial and industrial drainage, decorative fountains and pumping sediment from small drains or a sump. More heavy-duty models, such as the X-Proof,  have features such as an explosion-proof motor and the ability to handle spherical solids up to 4″. Barmesa has submersible pump options for demanding applications, such as drainage mining, tunneling, public works, floods, portable utility and more.
