As summer comes to a close, we want to recognize two outstanding interns who made a meaningful impact at Anderson Process.
Max Baus (University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Mechanical Engineering – Manufacturing & Design) jumped right into our engineering and manufacturing operations. Using SolidWorks, Max created fabrication and assembly drawings that help our shop build more efficiently and accurately. His largest project focused on redesigning and improving the fabrication and assembly documentation for one of our adhesive systems, resulting in clearer instructions and a better experience for our production team.
Arianna Orth (Columbia College Chicago, Film & Television major with a minor in Entrepreneurship) played a key role in improving our product data and supporting administrative initiatives across the organization. Her attention to detail helped clean, organize, and optimize critical information on our website, creating a stronger foundation for both our team and our customers.
Max and Ari brought enthusiasm, professionalism, and fresh perspectives to Anderson Process all summer long. We’re grateful for their contributions and excited to see where their careers take them next.
