We are thrilled to announce the Employee awards for 2025!
Russell Carey was awarded the 29th annual JSK Award! This award is “In Recognition of individuals who made a significant contribution to the company’s continuing growth, through their personal innovations and ideas that insure our success.” Russell is our System Group Manager, based out of our Brookfield, WI location. Russell has been with Anderson Process for 9 years, joining us as an Application Engineer out of Milwaukee School of Engineering, then becoming a Project Manager and earlier this year promoted to System Group Manager. Russell has been instrumental in helping our systems and fabrication capabilities grow year after year. Russell has always been willing to take whatever opportunity was sent his way, whether that was sizing pumps, creating pump assemblies, fabricating bases or learning how size hose assemblies. This mindset has not waivered, and it has allowed him to not only grow personally but created himself opportunities within Anderson Process. He has helped internally with Prophet 21 training, helped with acquisitions, and has sat in many supplier meetings and trainings, always willing to offer an opinion. His willingness to attack problems has made him a valuable resource to our sales team and our customers. It is common to find him in the shop after hours helping finish custom skid and put the finishing touches on it. Earlier this year he joined our Leadership Team, and we look forward to his future input and his growth as a leader within our organization. Congratulations Russell, you earned the 2025 JSK Award!
Steve Turski was awarded the 10th annual DKB Sales Excellence Award! This award is “In recognition of individuals who had significant sales growth and when faced with adversity they stayed the course. Their hard work, persistence and dedication secure our success.” Steve is a Territory Manager in the Cleveland, OH area. Steve has been with Anderson Process for 4 years. Prior to that, he received a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton and then started his career as a Technical Service Engineer. It did not take long for Steve to make an impact in the Cleveland market once joining Anderson Process, quickly climbing all company leaderboard in quotes, orders, and invoiced sales. Steve embodies what we think of when we talk about the DKB Sales Excellence Award, he doesn’t just succeed in bringing profit dollars to the business but he helps educate other’s, he works on collaboration between branches, and supplier personnel can’t wait to get into the field with Steve, because something good will often happen. If you are lucky enough to be around the Cleveland branch, Steve is often bringing in baked goods and other goodies for the team. Part of us his success has been his willingness to learn and go sell all products. Congratulations Steve, you earned the 2025 DKB Sales Excellence Award!
