• Annuflex
  • Annuflex is the standard of Hose Master’s extensive line of high performance annular corrugated stainless steel hose. Proprietary technology ensures the excellent cycle life of the hose, with minimum effort to flex or bend the hose.

  • Masterflex is manufactured using the same high quality process used to make Annuflex hose, but the number of corrugations per foot is increased to allow for greater flexibility.
• Pressureflex HP
  • Pressureflex HP^® is Hose Master’s high-pressure, annular corrugated metal hose. Pressureflex HP^® is made from heavy-wall stainless steel, and offers flexibility and dependability when higher pressures are a factor.
• PressureMax HP
  • PressureMax HP^® is Hose Master’s annular, heavy-wall corrugated metal hose, designed for ULTRA high-pressure applications. PressureMax HP^® offers superior flexibility and is made from heavy wall T321 or T316L stainless steel.
• ChemKing
  • ChemKing™ is Hose Master’s chemical transfer hose. Chemking™ offers excellent corrosion resistance to many of the most severe applications found in chemical processing.
• ChlorSafe
  • Hose Master’s 276 alloy, corrugated chlorine-transfer assembly, designed to meet the demands of this application. With considerations made for both wet and dry chlorine, these assemblies are the safest available.

  • Formaflex has the “stay-put” characteristics required for stress-free connections between piping systems and rotary joints or other similar static applications.

  • Bronzeflex is a heavy-duty corrugated hose designed for use in applications that require a bronze hose.

  • Extraflex is Hose Master’s T321 spirally-welded, helical corrugated hose specifically designed to achieve extreme flexibility while maintaining good pressure ratings. The helical design facilitates draining and reduces in-line turbulence.
• Hydraflex
  • Hydraflex is Hose Master’s T316 double-walled, spirally-welded corrugated metal hose. Specially designed to maintain extreme pressure and flexibility, Hydraflex is self-draining and generates minimal in-line turbulence.
    

Stripwound Metal Hose

• Interflex
  • Interflex (Roughbore) is a high-quality, general-purpose hose, constructed from a single strip of metal that is profiled and locked onto itself. The interlocked, or overlapping, sections of strip are able to slide back and forth, providing the ability to flex.
• T-Rex
  • T-REX™ (Roughbore) is Hose Master’s torque-resistant stripwound metal hose with enhanced sealability. T-Rex™ provides resistance to twisting, unwinding, and metal strip flare-up when cut.
• Poly-Rex
  • Poly-Rex is Hose Master’s line of polygonal interlocked metal hose. Constructed from T304, T316, T201, or Galvanized steel in a variety of different thicknesses, this product offers the most robust resistance to torsional stress, without sacrificing flexibility.
• Ultraflex
  • Ultraflex is a smoothbore metal hose ideally suited for dry bulk pneumatic conveyance. This hose is produced with a durable armor and a highly abrasion-resistant liner. Hose Master’s precision manufacturing process makes Ultraflex unequaled in strength and flexibility.
• T-Rex SB
  • T-Rex SB™ is Hose Master’s torque-resistant smoothbore metal hose with enhanced sealability. T-Rex SB™ provides resistance to twisting, unwinding, and metal strip flare-up when cut.
• FloppyGuard
  • FloppyGuard™ (Interlocked) is Hose Master’s line of floppy interlocked metal hose. Constructed from T304 or T316 stainless steel, this product offers flexibility, strength, durability, and crush resistance.
• FloppyGuard SQ
  • FloppyGuard SQ™ (Squarelocked) is Hose Master’s line of squarelocked stripwound hose. It can be used in a wide variety of applications where the added flexibility of squarelocked hose is required. It is used as shielding on electrical wiring and fiber optic cable.
• Tar & Asphalt
  • Tar and Asphalt is Hose Master’s heavy-weight interlocked metal hose. Constructed from a single strip of galvanized steel with Hose Master’s proprietary packing, this hose is used for transferring high-temperature, viscous fluids. Tar & Asphalt hose is leak-resistant and handles maximum suction. It is design-tested to 100 psi and has a temperature range of -40° F. to 500° F.
• Flow-Tite
  • Hose Master introduces Flow-Tite™ interlocked metal hose assemblies. These assemblies feature a patented fitting system designed for leak resistance and smooth product flow. The fittings are internally expanded to provide an extremely smooth transition from the hose to the fitting, and incorporate an internal silicone sealing for leak free positive pressure or vacuum service.
