Regenerative Blowers and High-Pressure Blowers are used in applications that require powerful, high-performance blowers such as wastewater treatment plants and aquaculture applications. Air knife systems are often seen in Food Processing plants, while pneumatic vacuum systems play a vital role in a variety of applications, including medical and financial facilities.
Ring Compressors/Regenerative Blowers
Designed with quality and reliability in mind, Fuji Electric single-stage ring compressors can provide a maximum pressure of 139 in, a maximum vacuum of 110 in. H2O and a maximum capacity of 790 SCFM. Motors are direct drive from 1 HP to 30 HP. The motors are designed for Multi-voltage operation and voltages are available in 115 single phase, 230 single phase, 230/460 3=phase dependent upon motor size. All units are provided with threaded flanges. The heavy duty unit features aluminum impellers, mounting base and housing. Designs are UL and CE recognized. Accessories include inlet filters for both pressure and vacuum applications.
Turbo Style Blowers
The FDC blowers utilize premium efficiency, direct drive motors from 0.5 HP to 10 HP and are available in voltages of 115 single, phase, 230 single phase and 230/460 3-phase (dependent upon motor size). Blowers can provide a maximum pressure of 18.60 in. H2O, and a maximum capacity of 1860 SCFM.
The VFT Series turbo style blowers have a maximum pressure of 69 in. H2O and a maximum capactiy of 3531 SCFM. Motors are acceptable for 230/460 3-phase voltage. All blowers come in robust cast aluminum housings and aluminum closed impellers. Units are provided with a mounting base and belt guard.
VKN Pumps
Fuji Electric pumps are designed to provide circulation of coolant and spraying of cutting oil. Efficient power reducing and heat resistant pumps that can continuously operate at 175°C. Self-priming, no mechanical seals units available that are intended for use with non-flammable fluids.
VKN Pumps: Mechanical seals with a ceramic stationary seal face, a carbon graphite rotating seal face, Buna-N elastomers, and steel springs.
Immersion-style Pumps (Non-Mechanical Seal): Maximum Viscosity 1200 at 50Hz and 600 at 60Hz. Maximum Liquid Temperature is 104°F.
