FSD Series ANSI Process Pumps

The FSD Process ANSI pumps are used in a variety of industrial applications such as steel mill, mining, power generation and oil & gas applications. This heavy wall, reverse-vane, 304 investment cast stainless steel impeller design provides a durable and dependable product and is perfectly suited for petrochemical applications. These heavy duty process pumps feature double row outboard and single row inboard bearings standard. Each bearing housing is oil-lubricated to ensure maximum bearing life.

Multi-Stage Pumps

Franklin Electric’s multi-stage centrifugal pump offering includes horizontal and vertical configurations. These units are available in various metallurgies (cast iron, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel) to satisfy your specific application requirements. Units are now available up through 60 hp.

Self-Priming Pumps

Franklin Electric’s self-priming offering of both clear water and solids handling units is among the widest available in the industry. Solids handling capability is up through 3 inches. Most self-priming pumps are available in electric drive, gas engine drive and frame mount drive.

SP Series Single Stage Split Case Pumps

The SP split case pumps are used in a variety of commercial, industrial & municipal applications. The casing features an exclusive Thru-Bore line boring machining operation that greatly simplifies manufacturing and maintenance. Bearing & bearing housings can be inspected and/or replaced without removing the top part of the casing. The rotor assembly also features completely removable and replaceable packing housings/seal chambers with a replaceable vortex suppressor. The centerline of the pump has also been increased to ensure that suction and discharge flanges do not interfere with the pump foundation. Each model features 250# cast dimensional flanges and 420 stainless steel shafting.
