Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Indiana)

Anderson Process is looking for an energetic, hard working, detail oriented individual to join our Indianapolis location. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, is responsible for filling all orders, verification and receiving product from vendors, and maintaining cycle counts. They will assist walk-in customers with their pickups and occasionally pickup or deliver product to customers and vendors. This role will work with inside and outside sales teams to ensure timely shipping/receiving of all product and arranging for the transportation of products. They will also assist in a variety of warehouse duties.

Sales Manager (Wisconsin)

Anderson Process is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Brookfield team.  The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the VPSM, is directly responsible for overseeing the overall generation of sales revenue in their assigned Anderson Process sales geography.  The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising/coaching eight outside Territory Managers and one Systems Specialist.  This position will also work closely with Inside Sales, Engineering support staff, and upper level management.  The Sales Manager will utilize all company and vendor resources to direct and support sales activities to promote revenue and profitability for the company.

Pump Technician (Wisconsin)

The Pump Technician, reporting directly to the Warehouse & Production Manager, is directly responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, reassembling and testing equipment sent in for repairs.  The Pump Technician will determine new production needs and build equipment.  They are also responsible for troubleshooting pump and system issues and repairing equipment.
