Controls Engineer (Michigan)
The Controls Engineer, reporting to the Director of Engineering, is directly responsible for design of sequencing, safety circuitry and graphic interfaces. The Controls Engineer will work with cross functional groups as well as support other engineering groups to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Customer Service Manager (Wisconsin)
The Customer Service Manager, reporting directly to the VP Operations, is directly responsible for managing, overseeing and coordinating all day to day customer service and engineering operations. These duties include managing Customer Service Representatives and Application Engineers. This position will partner with other locations Operations Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency across the company.
Director of IT (Wisconsin)
The Director of Information Technology is directly responsible for the development of a strategic IT roadmap and the execution of IT objectives within the company to achieve company-wide performance goals. The Director of Information Technology will also direct responsibility for leading and developing the IT organization which includes IT infrastructure, application & system administration, security, general IT operations and help desk support functions.
Marketing Manager (Wisconsin)
The Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for helping to develop and execute digital marketing and E-commerce plans/strategies. The Marketing Manager will help create and drive content creation, while executing management of various websites, e-commerce efforts, social media and sales collateral. The Marketing Manager will supervise the marketing department. This position will have a close relationship with information technology, sales, engineers, and outside vendors.
Mechanical Engineer (Michigan)
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the daily operations of mechanical design. The successful candidate will coordinate, design, support the build, and document mechanical drawings for various type of equipment from fluid fill automated equipment for the automotive industry to pump systems. Will work as a contributing member of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams. Able to review and red line mechanical drawings. The ability to prioritize workloads, balance multiple projects simultaneously, work cross-functionally, collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers are some of the key components for this position.
Pump Technician – New Builds (Wisconsin)
The Pump Technician, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, is directly responsible for building pumps specific to Customer needs.
Sales Manager (Illinois)
The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the VPSM, is directly responsible for overseeing the overall generation of sales revenue in their assigned Anderson Process sales geography. The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising/coaching the outside sales team in the given assigned geography and will also work closely with Inside Sales, Engineering support staff, and upper level management. The Sales Manager will utilize all company and vendor resources to direct and support sales activities to promote revenue and profitability for the company.
Territory Manager (Ohio)
Anderson Process is looking for a Territory Manager to join our Ohio team. The Territory Manager, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, is directly responsible for generating sales revenue in an assigned, geographic sales territory. Territory will cover Cincinnati area.
